One of the most important trade fairs of the east block economic organization Comecon. Leipziger Messe served as the meeting place of choice for businessmen and politicians from both sides of the Iron Curtain.

Beijing8 Stories are eight portrait of creative and inspiring Beijingers. More when our new site is released. Until then – a teaser, of sorts, in which Chen Zunkai tells the story about how she spent more than three years of her life trying to create colored dumplings (that people would dare to eat).
Last spring, during ten intense days in the capital of China we shot, directed and edited eight portraits of people living in the city. Learned tons in the process from pitch → grading. Made together with Jacob & Jakob. Many thanks to Siqi Song and… Beijing8!
